Specialised Recruiter for Environmental & Water Management Projects
Naomi has worked as a Search and Recruitment Consultant for around 3 years following a 15 year career in the IT industry. Being a full time specialist recruitment consultant at Talent Advance since the end of 2017, she specialises in recruiting for the Environmental, Engineering, Finance and IT industries. She has great communication with both clients and candidates and has managed to place excellent candidates that have suited the client’s needs to their satisfaction. Her attention to detail has proved to be invaluable to the company
Recruitment & Search Administration / Marketing Manager / PA
Jenni has worked as a research recruiter for many years previously and now has been placed in the search and recruitment administration, marketing and working as a PA to the Director of Talent Advance. Assisting in day to day administration such as invoicing, client liaison, staff payroll as well as working on the search, resourcing and recruitment marketing campaigns for Talent Advance and assisting all recruiters for their marketing needs.
Search Resourcing and Data Capturer
Luzelle joined Talent Advance as a recruitment resource and data capturer after working in an officeand administration environment for more than 15 years. Her ability to work on sourcing relevantand specific details for both candidates and clients have been of great assistance and support toour specialist recruitment consultants.
As a new employee in the company, Shandon has started his journey in the Recruitment industry as a Junior consultant for Talent Advance this year. He has shown huge potential as he communicates well and has started his training in the Search for potential candidates as well as mapping the market and understanding the client’s needs in the industry
